Terrific walks in bluebell woods and open farmland, literally from our doorstep which meant it was a perfect holiday for our dog. So much to do and see including Downs and Weald walks. Beautiful villages, gardens, seaside and fantastic scenery, all within a very short distance. Hever Castle is a perfect gem. Don't miss it.

Would highly recommend this cottage as being in an excellent location to visit the many National Trust and other gardens in the area as well as easy access to the coast. The location is quiet yet only a 100 yards or so from the main road. The cottage had every facility available with a warm welcome of flowers, tea, etc. milk, bread, butter, marmalade. It was a very reasonable price with electricity included in the price. Nice and warm with night storage heaters. Hope to go back again.

A convenient base for walking and sightseeing local famous places. i.e Chartwell, Battle and Winnie the Pooh country! A quiet and peaceful cottage with an excellent conservatory dining area.

Extremely well thought out comforts, spaciousness, furnishings and enclosed garden. Lovely location. Excellently equipped kitchen - the best accommodation we have stayed in in over 30 years, and we have stayed in wellover 100 self catering accommodations. Owner very kind and helpfull.
